• Designing premium visual content aligned with international standards
• Improving digital visibility, lead generation, and brand trust

VACANCY: Senior Sales Officer – Agricultural Inputs
Company Overview:
We are a leading company specializing in liquid organic fertilizer and agricultural input solutions, with a mission to transform sustainable agriculture. We are looking for a highly driven, results-oriented Senior Sales Officer with practical field experience and multi-skill capability beyond traditional sales roles.
Position Summary:
The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for:
Driving revenue growth & expanding market presence
Managing key accounts
Building a structured sales system
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Revenue & Market Expansion
Achieve/exceed monthly & quarterly targets
Develop new markets: regions, cooperatives, distributors
Build strong relationships with farmers & agro-dealers
2️⃣ Agricultural Input Sales
Promote & sell liquid organic fertilizer & related products
Provide basic technical guidance & on-field demonstrations
3️⃣ Customer Relationship Management
Manage key clients & ensure repeat business
Resolve customer issues professionally
Maintain a structured customer database
4️⃣ Sales Reporting & Data Management
Submit daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
Track leads, conversions & customer activity
Analyze lost sales & provide insights
5️⃣ Market Intelligence & Strategy
Monitor competitors & market trends
Identify customer needs & recommend improvements
Support management with strategic insights
6️⃣ System & Process Discipline
Follow structured sales processes & reporting systems
Maintain accountability for targets & activities
Support CRM implementation
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s in sales, marketing management, sales and marketing mangement, agricultural economics, business management, business administration, management, accounting, and related fields of study.
3–5 yrs experience: practical experience in agricultural input sales (fertilizer, seeds, agrochemicals) is a plus.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
